Smile Skate, although haven't produced many videos as of late (due to crappy weather and numerous injuries) have just bought a new camera. We have gone HD.
As the weather is so unpredictable we're not sure when the next time skating will be an option but just to test the camera out these short clips were filmed.
And again after not having much to put up since the weather is rubbish and indoor skate parks get quite boring I decided to make a little bails section to a song I heard about 3 years ago. This little clip is made of clips from over a year ago until earlier this month.
So we've all seen the flash mob in Grand Central Station when everyone freezes for a while.
Someone in our town of Guildford tried to organize one and asked me to film it. The Idea was to have a poke fight in a busy street and after a while everyone lies on the ground then gets up as though nothing happened. Our one wasn't quite as good though.
As winter kicks in and the normal spots and parks will be wet for most of the time we thought it fit to build our own mini ramp. We started it a few weeks ago and I'm going to post pictures of it after each session of building.

After the 3 months of not making another montage, this one is finally done and dusted. There's also a little animation to kick it off. Thanks to Max Lowry for his amazing pencil handling skills.
With more delays than the Fully Flared release, the montage still isn't done yet, we're going skating tomorrow (if the weather doesn't suck) so I will film enough to finish it. Wont land a trick until I've filmed enough to put in there.
In the mean time though, I've found this on youtube and thought it's worth a watch. Bare in mind that this is taken one photo at a time on a real wall over a few months or something.
Please give the videos time to load, you will see a blue 'Q' at first and then when the video has loaded it will start to play. If you don't have much time or are impatient CLICK HERE to watch them in lower quality.
Remember though good things come to those who wait, the better quality is well worth waiting for a bit.
